Ya, because patient that time was brain encephalopathy, the prognosis was no chance of revival, so the teams decided to do terminal extubation for him. He left us already:(
maybe to him, it was a relief. don't feel demoralised, okay?
Ya, sometimes I will be very black-heart inside my mind hoping that suffering patient with long term chronic illness "will get relief" one day....
